2. Payments & Pricing

Depending on the type of service, full or partial payment may be necessary before work commences. The initiation of work signifies acceptance of the agreed pricing. Payments made are typically non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Delivery & Revisions

Delivery timelines are approximated based on the agreed project scope and are affected by the client’s responsiveness, clarity of instructions, and timely provision of necessary materials.

Revisions are offered in accordance with the terms established at the time of the order. Requests for revisions must be submitted within the designated revision period. Additional revisions beyond the agreed terms may result in extra charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Blueprint Universe Ltd reserves the right to retain copies of completed work and may display anonymized or redacted samples for portfolio, training, or promotional purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

6. Service Refusal & Termination

Blueprint Universe Ltd reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at any stage if:

• A request violates ethical standards
• A service conflicts with institutional or organizational policies
• The request breaches applicable laws or regulations
• The client engages in abusive, misleading, or inappropriate conduct

In such cases, any work completed up to the point of termination may be billed accordingly.
